I am very hearing impaired, and depend on these units full time. They work very well when trying to hear one person with lots of background noise. The range is good, and battery last about 2 hours. Now for the design: I have already had my units repaired twice because the neck loop connector is on the side and not the top.

This is a problem when the unit is in a pocket. If my neck loop hang on something, it stresses the connector on the Domino.
